This watercolour shows North Bondi Houses perched on the hillside above Bondi Beach as surfers enjoy a night surf under a full moon. This painting represents the essence of the Sydney Life from a 24 hour per day action city with a focus on a beach centred lifestyle, and an obsession with views, outlooks, and property values.
